Subject - Intimation of completion of sale of Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company pursuant to regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

This is further to our disclosures dated 11th November, 2022, in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, regarding approval by the Board of Directors of The Investment Trust of India Limited ("the Company") at its meeting held on 11th November, 2022, to divest 100% equity stake/ investment held in its wholly owned subsidiary, IRC Credit Management Services Limited ("IRC"). IRC is not a material subsidiary of the Company.

With reference to the above and in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR, we are pleased to inform that the Company has completed the sale of its entire stake in IRC. Consequently IRC Credit Management Services Limited ceased to be the subsidiary of the Company with effective from 30th December, 2022.

The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CTR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015, has already been submitted with our intimation dated November 11, 2022.
