The Global Smaller Companies Trust PLC Proposes Final Dividend in Respect of the Year Ended 30 April 2024, Payable on 20 August 2024

The Directors of The Global Smaller Companies Trust PLC have proposed a final dividend in respect of the year ended 30 April 2024 of 2.13 pence per share, payable on 20 August 2024 to all shareholders on the register at close of business on 12 July 2024, with an ex-dividend date of 11 July 2024. The recommended final dividend is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting.
