The E&M Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A089230) agreed to acquire Record Farm Co., Ltd. on October 16, 2018. The E&M Co., Ltd. issued unguaranteed private convertible bonds of KRW 400 million and the proceeds will be used to finance the acquisition. The Board of Directors of The E&M Co., Ltd. passed a resolution on the transaction on October 16, 2018.
