J&J Investment Co., Ltd acquired 8.9% stake in The E&M Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A089230) from Hye Sung Jeon for approximately KRW 10 billion on January 20, 2020. As per terms of transaction, J&J Investment Co., Ltd acquired 11.115904 million shares of The E&M Co., Ltd. at KRW 900 per share.
