Austin has submitted his resignation as Chief Financial Officer of the company and his last day of employment will be November 10, 2017. The resignation was not related to any disagreements with the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies, practices or any issues regarding financial disclosures, accounting or legal matters. The company's Board of Directors has appointed James “Jim” Leddy as Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary effective upon Mr. Austin's separation.
Mr. Leddy has most recent position served as interim Chief Financial Officer at JetBlue Airways.
