At a session of the Management Board of CB Texim Bank held on 16 July 2024, approved by the Supervisory Board, a decision was adopted to increase the capital of CB Texim Bank following Art. 195 and Art. 196 of the Commerce Act, Art. 113 (2), item 2 of the POSA from BGN 33,595,036 to BGN 36,795,036 through the issuance of 3,200,000 new ordinary, registered, dematerialised and voting shares of BGN 1.00 nominal value each after conversion of 8,000 ordinary, dematerialised, registered, freely transferable, unsecured, interest-bearing and convertible corporate bonds, ISIN BG2100007207 (BSE code 5CPA), having BGN 1,000 nominal value per bond.
In connection with the above, a decision was adopted to change the company's Articles of Association.
