Teryl Resources Announces TSX Venture Exchange For Normal Course Issuer Bid

For Immediate Release: September 9, 2013. Vancouver, BC - Teryl Resources Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: TRC.V, OTCBB: TRYLF) (the "Company" or "Teryl") reported today that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") for its previously announced Normal Course Issuer Bid (the "Bid"). Pursuant to the Bid, Teryl may purchase for cancellation, from time to time as it considers advisable, up to 3,512,580 of its issued and outstanding common shares ("Shares") (being approximately 5% of the Shares outstanding at September 6, 2013).

Purchases will be made on the open market through the facilities of the Exchange. RBC Dominion Securities will conduct the Bid on behalf of Teryl. The price which Teryl will pay for any Shares purchased by it will be the prevailing market price of such shares on the Exchange at the time of such purchase.

The Bid will commence on September 9, 2013 and will terminate on September 9, 2014, or such earlier time as the applicable Bid is completed or terminated at the option of Teryl.

The board of directors of Teryl believe that the current and recent market prices of its Shares do not give full effect to their underlying value and that, accordingly, the purchase of Shares will increase the proportionate Share interest of, and be advantageous to, all remaining shareholders. The normal course purchases will also afford an increased degree of liquidity to Teryl shareholders who would like to dispose of their Shares.

During the previous 12 months Teryl purchased a total of 2,427,000 Shares pursuant to a prior normal course issuer bid which expired on July 6, 2013.
