Telemach, sirokopasovne komunikacije, d.o.o. (LJSE:CTTN) intends to acquire 98.06% stake in T-2, d.o.o. from Gratel d.o.o. on June 18, 2024. For the period ending December 31, 2023, T-2, d.o.o. reported total revenue of ?115.6 million and net income of ?5.9 million. The transaction is subject to the due diligence investigation, signing an agreement and obtain approval from the competent regulators and bankruptcy court.
The transaction is expected to close in coming weeks.
