(Arendal, Norway/Sherbrooke QC, Canada17 January 2023) Morten Henriksen, a member of the Board of Directors of Tekna Holding ASA (Tekna, OSE: TEKNA) has notified the company that he will resign as director effective as of today. The decision follows Mr. Henriksen’s recent appointment as the CEO of Gassnova, a Norwegian state-owned company involved in carbon capture and sequestration.

The Board of Directors is expressing its gratitude to Mr. Henriksen for his significant contribution to the successful development of Tekna.

The remaining board members, Dag Teigland (chairman), Torkil Mogstad, Barbara Thierart-Perrin and Anne Lise Meyer will continue to act as the company's Board of Directors.
