TPS appoints MIT SIM as new specialist to replace Banca Profilo

(Alliance News) - TPS Spa, the operating holding company of the TPS Group, a leader in technical and engineering services in the aviation and automotive fields, announced Thursday that it has appointed MIT SIM Spa as its specialist.

The appointment will be effective as of March 29, 2023.

MIT SIM takes over from Banca Profilo Spa, which will retain the role until March 28, 2023.

On Thursday, TPS trades down 1.7 percent at EUR5.80 per share.

Technical Publications Service SpA is an Italy-based company, which specializes in the implementation and management of the whole Integrated Logistic Support (ILS ) process, starting from the specific requirements of the customer or by working with the customer to scale existing logistic support to suit different needs. The Company operates through four business units: Technical Authoring and Publishing, Creative, Engineering and Consulting. The Technical Authoring and Publishing unit creates technical documents for the aeronautical, motor vehicle and railway industrial areas during the prototyping stage. The Creative unit provides integrated media solutions for content production and distribution via traditional channels, Web, mobile phone and video. The Engineering unit specializes in the design of aeronautical medical systems and the personalization of kits for aerial surveys and video footage.
