Tech Data signed a distribution agreement with edgeNEXUS, to provide the company's next-generation application delivery, load balancing and web application firewall (WAF) solutions to partners. The agreement means Tech Data will be the only current distributor for edgeNEXUS solutions in the UK and Ireland. The two companies will work in partnership to provide partners with the high level of support across the engagement lifecycle. The edgeNEXUS solutions are available in the form of a hardware appliance, as a virtual appliance or via the cloud, giving customers total flexibility. One-click migration makes the task seamless and risk-free. The embedded App Store provides easy access to pre-configuration templates, server health monitors and traffic management rules. An integrated microservices platform allows vendors and customers to build and run containerised applications on edge devices.
