Eitzen Chemical ASA: Summons to bondholders' meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange release of Eitzen Chemical ASA ("Eitzen Chemical" or "the Company") dated 22 November 2012 regarding the restructuring of the Company's bank and bond debt, and the FRN Eitzen Chemical ASA Callable Bond Issue 2006/2011 bond loan, consisting of a NOK tranche with ISIN NO 001033434.5 and a USD tranche with ISIN NO 00133433.7;

Please find attached summons to bondholders' meeting to be held on Friday 7 December 2012 at 12:00 hours (CET). The meeting will be held in the premises of Norsk Tillitsmann ASA (the loan trustee for the bond loan).
