Koninklijke Philips N.V. (ENXTAM:PHIA) has included CDH Investment Management Company Limited and TCL Technology Group Corporation (SZSE:000100), both of China, in the shortlist of bidders for its home appliances business valued at up to EUR 3 billion (USD 3.7 billion), Bloomberg reported on January 5, 2021. Hillhouse Capital Management, Ltd. Hillhouse Capital and at least one other unnamed suitor are said to have also made it onto the shortlist, the news agency said citing informed sources. TCL Technology Group has reportedly teamed up with Citic Capital.
