TCI Co., Ltd. approved the dividend distribution of TWD 7 per share for the year ended December 31, 2023. Total amount of cash dividends to shareholders is TWD 824,101,810. Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) date: July 23, 2024; Ex-rights (Ex-dividend) record date: July 29, 2024; Payment date of cash dividend distribution: August 16, 2024.
TCI Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of functional beverages, health foods and beauty care products. The health food includes various types of food, such as hard capsules, soft capsules, pastilles, powder, liquid packs, jelly and oil-based hard gelatine. The beauty care products include facial and body care products, such as facial masks, eye masks, facial cleansers, anti-acne gel, whitening cream, slimming cream, breast enhancement cream and serum.
