Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited announced a private placement of 40,000,000 common shares at a price of INR 5 per share for the gross proceeds of INR 200,000,000 on December 26, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investor, Indian Seamless Enterprises Limited. The shares will be issued on preferential basis.

The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
