Talent2 International Limited advises that Mr Ken Allen AM has informed the Talent2 Board that he will not be standing for re-election as a Director of the Company at this year’s Annual General Meeting being held on 26 October 2011. Mr Allen will retire from the Board and role of Chairman effective 26 October 2011.

The Board of Talent2 expresses its great appreciation to Mr Allen for his leadership and invaluable contribution to the Company as Chairman, through a period where the Company’s revenue and EBITDA grew 208% and 198% respectively.

“It is an opportune time for me to retire having guided the company to a record result last year, having seen the establishment of the company's payroll platform in Asia, and most importantly, established a strong global management structure and succession plan. As the retiring Chairman I would like to thank management, staff, and my fellow Board Members for their professionalism, dedication and focus on the core values and success of Talent2,” said Mr Allen.

The Board has elected Mr Andrew Banks to the position of Chairman of the Board effective 26

October 2011. Mr Banks was first elected to the Board in September 2002 and has been Talent2’s Managing Director since that time. Mr Banks will remain involved with the Company’s major customers, the global recruiting business and board search practice, as well as performing the crucial role of Chairman focused on the strategic direction of the Company and the Company’s shareholder community.

Talent2 will commence a search for a new director to fill the non-executive director role left by the retirement of Mr Allen. With the emphasis on growth outside of Australia, the search will include candidates based in the offshore markets in which the Company operates.
