TAKKT AG's Supervisory Board appointed Dirk Lessing as a new member of the Management Board of the company, effective from January 1, 2014. The contract has a term of three years. Lessing currently serves as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of KAISER+KRAFT EUROPA GmbH.
The appointment of Lessing also secures the succession of Franz Vogel, who will be starting his well-deserved retirement at the end of February 2014, as planned.
