 Mega Bills Finance Co.,Ltd., International Bills Finance Corporation,
 and China Bills Finance Corporation.

 Mega Bills Finance Co.,Ltd. and the Company are government-related
 entities.
4.Starting and ending dates (or rescission date) of the
contract or commitment:5 years from 2022/05/03
5.Major content (not applicable where rescinded):
 Enter into non-guaranteed commercial paper "ESG Index linked" underwriting
 agreements with the aforementioned three bills finance companies, enabling
 the Company to issue non-guaranteed commercial paper (up to 90 days) on a
 revolving basis during a period of 5 years. The total underwriting amount
 is NT$ 7 billion.
6.Restrictive covenants (not applicable where rescinded):
 The long-term credit rating is not lower than twAA- by Taiwan Ratings,
 and not lower than AA-(twn) by Fitch Ratings.
7.Commitment (not applicable where rescinded):
 Long-term credit rating downgrades, and issuance cost increases.

 The Company may reduce the issuance amount at a certain period of time
 after issuance of the non-guaranteed commercial paper.
