Mianyang Haoxiang Holdings Co., Ltd agreed to acquire a 7.63% stake in Suzhou MedicalSystem Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603990) from Weng Kang, Yan Huanghong, Wang Jianhua and Fu Hong for approximately CNY 340 million on May 23, 2022. Under the terms, Mianyang Haoxiang Holdings Co., Ltd will acquire 12,631,936 shares at a price of CNY 26.6 per share, representing 7.63% stake in Suzhou MedicalSystem. Weng Kang will sell 3.30% stake representing 5,468,190 shares, Yan Huanghong will sell 3.37% stake representing 5,569,798 shares, Wang Jianhua will sell 0.60% stake representing 993,216 shares, Fu Hong will sell 0.36% stake representing 600,732 shares in Suzhou MedicalSystem. As of May 25, 2022, the transaction has been approved by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Mianyang on May 20, 2022.
Suzhou MedicalSystem Technology Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in providing clinical medical management information system (CIS) series application software products and clinical information overall solutions and new energy photovoltaic business. The Company conducts its business through three segments. The Medical Information segment provides the DoCare series of clinical medical management information system application software and overall clinical information solutions, including anesthesia clinical information systems, intensive care unit (ICU) clinical information systems and others. The Reproductive Medicine Medical segment provides assisted reproductive medical services by operating private specialized hospitals. The New Energy Photovoltaic segment is engaged in the research and development, production and sales of monocrystalline batteries, and its main products are N-type TOPCon high-efficiency photovoltaic cells.
