Susumanzoloto OAO (Susumanskiy gorno-obogatitel’nyi kombinat Susumanzoloto OAO or Susumanzoloto Susumansky Mining and Processing Works OJSC) is a Russia-based company, which is principally engaged in gold mining. The Company is active on the territory of the Russian Federation. The Company sells its products to Russian banks and enterprises. Susumanzoloto OAO operates through three subsidiaries, including Drazhnik OOO, Chay-Ur'ya-zoloto OOO and Elektrum Plyus OOO, all located on the territory of Magadan region. In December 2013, the Company closed a 76.62% stake in OJSC Berelekh.
