Equity Assurance Plc (NGSE:EQUITYASUR) announced that it has received funding from existing investor SUNU Finances Holding S.A. on January 17, 2016. SUNU Finances Holding S.A. will hold 60% of the company post the transaction. As a part of the funding a representative of SUNU Finances Holding S.A. will join the board of directors of the company.
