Sunrise Resources plc, the AIM traded diversified mineral exploration and development specialist, is pleased to announce that it has today posted the Annual Report for the year ending 30 September 2012 to shareholders, including the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The AGM will be held on 19 February 2013 at 11.00 a.m. in the Fourth Floor Council Room at Arundel House, 13-15 Temple Place, London WC2R 3DX.

The Company is focused on the development of its CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Nevada, United States. Its projects include CS project, Nevada; Hazen Pozzolan Project, Nevada; Pioche Sepiolite Project, Nevada; NewPerl Project, Nevada, and Jackson Wash Project, Nevada. Its CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project in Esmeralda County, Nevada, United States, covers deposits of natural pozzolan and perlite. Hazen Pozzolan Project is located in Churchill County in Northern Nevada, 20 miles by road from the town of Fernley and 24 miles by road from the County town of Fallon.
