(Stock code: 580) VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT - RENEWAL OF DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

This is a voluntary announcement made by Sun.King Power Electronics Group Limited (the "Company").

The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Director(s)") of the Company is pleased to announce that recently, Sunking Pacific Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, renewed a distributor agreement with ABB Switzerland Ltd, effective retroactively on 1 December 2016, in relation to the purchase and resale of semiconductor products in the People's Republic of China. Such distributor agreement is in force for 12 months from its effective date and unless termination is notified, is automatically renewed annually until the end of year 2021.

To the best of the knowledge, information and belief of the Directors having made all reasonable enquiries, ABB Switzerland Ltd and their respective ultimate beneficial owners are third parties independent of the Company and its connected persons (within the meaning of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited).
