Sun Hung Kai Properties Chairman and Managing Director Thomas Kwok ran the Community Chest Corporate Challenge along with employees and members of their families to raise funds for child and youth services.  The developer's 'Building Homes with Heart' ideal has included encouraging staff to support charitable events such as the Community Chest run for years.

The annual Community Chest fundraising event drew nearly 1,500 runners this year for a half marathon and 10-km challenge.  They started at the Sai Kung Pak Tam Chung Country Park and ran along High Island Reservoir.

Sun Hung Kai Properties is an enthusiastic supporter of the Community Chest and has been the highest fundraising corporation in its charity runs for 16 years in a row.  Thomas Kwok again led a corporate team to run for a good cause this year and promote a spirit of charity among staff and their families.
