Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd. (TSE:8934) announced a private placement of 780,000 common shares at an issue price of CNY 1,192.692308 for gross proceeds of CNY 930,300,000 on January 19, 2018. The transaction will involve participation from Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd., Investment Arm. The subscription and payment date of the transaction are January 23, 2017 and January 24, 2017 respectively.
Sun Frontier Fudousan Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based real estate company. The Company operates in four business segments. The Real Estate Revitalization segment is engaged in the re-planning business, including the remodeling of commercial properties; the building leasing business, as well as the real estate securitization business and the asset management business. The Brokerage segment offers sales brokerage services for commercial buildings and condominiums, and leasing brokerage services for offices and stores. The Property Management segment is involved in the operation of general properties management businesses, and the provision of cleaning, security and maintenance services. The Others segment is engaged in the construction planning business, such as the renovation planning, repair and renovation of commercial real estate, offices and condominiums, as well as the delinquent rent guarantee business. On September 9, 2014, it sold a building in Tokyo.
