NOTICE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the "Board") of Sun Cheong Creative Development Holdings Limited (the "Company") hereby announces that a meeting of the Board will be held at 28/F, YF Life Tower, 33 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on Monday, 31 August 2020 at 11:00 a.m. for the purpose of, among other matters, considering and approving the interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the first six months ended 30 June 2020 and the recommendation on the payment of an interim dividend, if any.

RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of the Company announces that Ms. Yeung Ching Man ("Ms. Yeung") resigned as the Company Secretary in pursuit of her other business and personal commitments with effective from 20 August 2020. Ms. Yeung has confirmed that she has no disagreement with the Board and there are no other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company in relation to her resignation.

APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY

The Board of is pleased to announce that Mr. Ng Chun Chung ("Mr. Ng") has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 20 August 2020. Mr. Ng also serves as the Company's Executive Director and Chief Finance Officer.

SUSPENSION OF TRADING

At the request of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 2 July 2020, and will remain in suspension until further notice.

Shareholders and potential investors should accordingly exercise caution when dealing in the securities of the Company.
