STrust Co. Ltd. reported consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended November 30, 2016. For the period, net sales were JPY 7,037 million against JPY 9,787 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 243 million against JPY 967 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 150 million against JPY 836 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 85 million against JPY 526 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 13.91 against JPY 85.33 a year ago.
For the fiscal year ending February 28, 2017, on consolidated basis, the company expects JPY 13,000 million, operating income of JPY 890 million, ordinary income of JPY 750 million, net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 500 million or JPY 81.08 per share.
STrust Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the real estate sale business in Yamaguchi and Kyushu Area. The Company operates in three business segments. The Real Estate Sale segment is mainly engaged in the planning, development and sale of apartment buildings. The Real Estate Management segment is engaged in the apartment management, property insurance agency business, as well as sale of interior products. The Real Estate Leasing segment is engaged in leasing of offices and commercial facilities. The others business is engaged in sale and brokerage of real estate.
