STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION reported unaudited earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended December 30, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported net sales of $72,243,000 against $65,886,000 for the same period last year. Income from operations was $3,826,000 against $3,261,000 for the same period last year. Net income attributable to the company was $2,394,000 or $0.70 per diluted share against $1,548,000 or $0.47 per diluted share for the same period last year.
