The Centuria 175 Castlereagh Street Fund of Centuria Property Funds Limited entered into a conditional contract to acquire 175 Castlereagh Street from Stockland Corp. Ltd. (ASX:SGP) for AUD 56 million in December 2012. The transaction is expected to complete in March 2013.
Alicia Eu of BlueChip Communication acted as the PR advisor for Centuria. Vince Kernahan of Colliers International negotiated the sale.
