On June 26, 2024, Creatio Inc. closed the transaction. The company announced that it has raised $134,756,936 in the second tranche bringing the total funding raised to $200,000,000 led by new investor Sapphire Ventures, LLC. The transaction included participation from new investor StepStone Group LP, returning investors Horizon Capital and Volition Capital LLC.
The transaction is being raised at a post-money valuation of $1,200,000,000.
