Jan 31 (Reuters) - Swedish steelmaker SSAB reported a smaller than expected drop in fourth-quarter adjusted operating profit on Wednesday despite lower steel prices, and said it expected shipments to increase in the first three months of 2024 compared to the prior quarter.
