SPRIX, Ltd. (TSE:7030) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 175,000 shares, representing 1.01% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥210 million. The purpose of the program is to allocate to shares to be delivered upon exercising stock options (stock acquisition rights), improve capital efficiency, and enable flexible execution of capital policies. The program will be valid till May 11, 2021. As of December 31, 2020, the company had 17,255,705 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 170,245 treasury shares.
