Southern Packaging Group Limited Announces Appointment of Chung Tang Fong as Independent Director and Member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of Southern Packaging Group Limited announced that Mr. Chung Tang Fong has been appointed as a director of the company with effect from 2 May 2014. The board considers Mr. Chung to be independent for the purpose of rule 704(8) of listing manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. He has also been appointed as a member of the Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.

Mr. Leong Siew Loon be appointed as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee with effect from 2 May 2014.
