Southeast Bank 1st Mutual Fund (the Fund) is a Bangladesh-based close‐ended mutual fund. The objectives of the Fund are to achieve capital appreciation, as well as earn dividend and interest income through investment in capital market in Bangladesh; to focus on generating cash earning and at the same time preservation of capital, and to strive to accumulate reserves over its life in order to reinvest and be able to distribute a lump sum at redemption. The Fund's manager is VIPB Asset Management Company Limited, an investment management company.
