Solidwizard Technology Co., Ltd. announced that changes in audit committee. Name and resume of the previous position holder: Independent Director is Kuo-Chiang Wang. Name and resume of the new position holder: Independent Director is Shun-Fa Chen. Effective date of new appointment August 4, 2020. The appointment proposal was approved by the board of directors on August 4, 2020, and the term of office is the same as that of the current board of directors.
