the 3S general shareholders' meeting dated Jul 8, 2021, 3S may
conduct the private placement of securities in the total amount of
no more than 15,000,000 common shares at par value NT$10 each share.
Since the one-year issuance period will expire on July 7, 2022, 3S
decided not to conduct it based on the overall financial
consideration.
