Precast Concrete Pte. Ltd. announced that it has completed a private placement of 32,100,000 common shares at SGD 1 per share for gross proceeds of SGD 32,100,000 on July 4, 2024. The transaction included participation from returning investor Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd. to maintain its 100% stake in the company.
Post the closing, the capital of the company will increase from SGD 15,000,000 to SGD 47,100,000. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
