DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

As additional time is required for the Wah Yan Healthcare to prepare certain information to be included in the Circular, the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to no later than 27 January 2017.

Reference is made to the announcement of China Wah Yan Healthcare Limited dated 2 December 2016 (the ''Announcement'') in relation to the Share Transfer. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

DELAY IN DESPATCH OF CIRCULAR

As described in the Announcement, a circular (the ''Circular'') containing, inter alia, further details of the Share Transfer is expected to be despatched to the shareholders of Wah Yan Healthcare on or before 16 January 2017. Since additional time is required for Wah Yan Healthcare to prepare certain information to be included in the Circular, including, among other things, the financial information of the Wah Yan Healthcare Group, the date of despatch of the Circular will be postponed to no later than 27 January 2017.
