Hartung Consult and SNP AG join forcesWith this stake, both the company's consulting- and product ranges for transformation projects of internationally oriented companies (in the areas of strategy-, process and system optimization) are bundled. Hartung Consult increases their European and North- American presence and enhances their own expertise in digital transformation projects. Furthermore, SNP AG gives Hartung Consult the possibility to achieve new growth internationally. Regarding SNP, the acquisition allows the transformation specialist to continue to expand its service for international customers and provides a more in-depth access to the Asian markets.
Hartung Consults customers benefit in particular from the strengthening of the international scope as well as from SNP AG's product- and consulting competence to consolidate and harmonize IT-landscapes in a quick and pragmatic way. SNP AG has its own standard software that automatically analyzes changes in IT- systems and standardizes the transformation. The transformation specialist from Heidelberg has worldwide experience (methods, products and consulting) in more than 4.000 customer projects in the field of system landscape transformation.
For over 27 years hartung:consult supports medium sized companies and bigger corporations on their path of internationalization.
