Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. announced that Robert J. Cicero, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary, has informed The Company of his desire to retire. At Company's request, Mr. Cicero agreed to defer his retirement from his current positions until August 1, 2021 and to continue as an employee of company on a full-time basis until September 10, 2021.
Smith & Wesson Brands, Inc. is a manufacturer and designer of firearms. The Company manufactures a range of handguns (including revolvers and pistols), long guns (including modern sporting rifles, pistol caliber carbines, and lever action rifles), handcuffs, firearm suppressors, and other firearm-related products.
