	# Please specify details	On 28 December 2011, Daiwa Capital Markets Singapore Limited announced, for and on behalf of Osaki, a voluntary conditional cash offer (the "Offer"), to acquire all the ordinary shares in the capital of SMB United Limited ("Shares"). Following the receipt of valid acceptances of the Offer for 07 February 2012 and 08 February 2012 in respect of an aggregate of 20,001,483 Shares, Osaki has an interest in a total of 375,116,239 Shares and its interest in the Shares has increased from 72.60% to 74.77% (see footnote 1) as at 07 February 2012 and decreased from 74.77% to 73.11% (see footnote 2) as at 08 February 2012.
4.	A statement of whether the change in the percentage level is the result of a transaction or a series of transactions:	The change is the result of a series of transactions as set out in item 3 of Part III above.
