Slate Retail REIT (TSX:SRT.UN) agreed to acquire Norwin Town Square in Pennsylvania from Colony Holding Company for $18.9 million on December 7, 2016. The purchase price corresponds to a rate of $129 per square foot. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions, and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2017.
