On 28 February 2013, the Company received notification that, as of 27 February 2013, MMCAP International Inc SPC as registered holder for MM Asset Management Inc had an interest in 28,999,420 Ordinary shares representing 13.61 per cent of the issued share capital following the purchase of 2,731,776 shares on 22 February 2013 at a price of Aus
$0.43 per share, and 4,450,000 on 27 February 2013 at a price of Aus $0.42 per share.
