SKYWEST AIRLINES LTD. ("Skywest" or "the Company") HIGH COURT OF SINGAPORE ORDERS SCHEME MEETING TO VOTE ON PROPOSED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT FOR VIRGIN AUSTRALIA TO ACQUIRE SKYWEST

Further   to   the   announcements   dated   30   October   2012   and   6   December   2012,   Skywest   wishes   to  update   the   market   regarding   the   status   of   the   proposed   scheme   of   arrangement   between   Skywest  and  Virgin  Australia  Holdings  Limited.  

Pursuant   to   an   order   of   the   High   Court   of   Singapore   on   22   February   2013,   a   scheme   meeting   of  Skywest's  shareholders  will  be  convened  on  13  March  2013  for  Skywest  Shareholders  to  vote  on  the  proposed  scheme  of  arrangement  for  Virgin  Australia  Holdings  Limited  to  acquire  Skywest.  

The  Company  will  update  the  market  on  further  developments  including  the  despatch  of  the  scheme  
document  with  the  full  timetable  of  events  and  the  scheme  meeting  results.
