Skylark Holdings Co., Ltd. announced that appointment of Minoru Kanaya from previous position of Corporate Director and Managing executive officer Managing Director of Corporate Support Division to the new position of Corporate Director and Managing executive officer managing director of finance division; Ikuo Umeki as previous position of Executive Officer Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Support Division to the new position of Executive Officer Managing Director of Store Development Division; Ichiro Takei as from previous position of Director of General Affairs Group, Corporate Support Division to the new position of Executive Officer Managing Director of Administrative Division and Takuya Aizawa as previous position from Executive Officer Managing Director, and Director of Corporate Business Control Group, Finance Division to the new position of Deputy Managing Director, and Director of Corporate Business Control Group, Finance Division, the following changes in the organizational structure and executive officers as of April 1, 2021.
