Skylark Group reported consolidated sales results for the month ended December 2015. For the month, the company's same store sales for the Skylark Group increased 0.1% year-on-year. The Group achieved year-on-year increases in same store sales in 11 out of 12 months in 2015 and in 10 consecutive quarters dating back to mid-2013.

In December, the average check continued to rise as customers chose to order higher-priced items and increased their orders of side menu items and the drink bar option. During the latter half of the month, the Skylark Group placed greater emphasis on promoting premium products and desserts to take advantage of the holiday season. Strong menu innovation and improved store operations continue to be key differentiators for the Group.
