Kindly be informed that Skylark Co., Ltd. has chosen the candidates for newly-appointed directors in the board of directors meeting dated February 14, 2018 and determined to submit a proposition of these appointments to the 7th Annual Shareholders Meeting to be held on March 29, 2018. Candidates for newly-appointed directors are Mr. Minoru Kanaya, Mr. Haruyoshi Sakita and Mr. Fumio Tahara. Also Mr. Raul Alvarez retiring as director, due to the expiration of their term of service at the conclusion of the annual shareholders meeting which will be held on March 29, 2018.
