SKY GOLD LIMITED Sky Gold Limited (BSE:541967) agreed to acquire Sparkling Chains Private Limited and Starmangalsutra Private Limited on June 20, 2024. For the period ending March 31, 2024, Sparkling Chains Private Limited and Starmangalsutra Private Limited reported total revenue of INR 3.71 billion. The deal is pending approval from regulatory body including stock exchange approval and shareholders of Sky Gold Limited.
The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Sky Gold Limited. The completion will take place within 15 days from the date of approval from the shareholders or other relevant authorities.
