Sinoseal Holding Co., Ltd. announced that at the Annual General Meeting of 2023 on 17 May 2024, approved Election of Liu Xueyin and Yin Xiao as non-independent director. Election of Wang Weimin as independent director. Election of Huo Haoting and Zhang Chening as non-employee supervisor.
