CHANGE IN COMPOSITION OF THE NOMINATING COMMITTEE

The Board of Directors (the "Board" or "Directors") of Singapore Kitchen Equipment Limited (the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") wishes to announce the appointment of Mr Lui Hin Weng Samuel as the Nominating Committee ("NC") Chairman in place of Ms Tan Bee Kiew, who relinquished her position as the NC Chairman but remains a member of the NC with effect from 15 January 2021.

Consequent to the above, the composition of the NC with effect from 15 January 2021 is as follows:
